Fadime Ledford

Fadime Ledford is a Grant Manager at the COSMOS Research Center at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She oversees, manages, monitors, plans, and organizes the administration of designated grants, contracts, and special programs to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and institution policies and procedures.

Fadime earned her Bachelor’s degree of Health Science in Health Information Management, with a minor in Biology, from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2013. Prior to joining UALR, Fadime served as an Audit Coordinator at the Arkansas Department of the Inspector General. Fadime, with over 7 years of experience, is highly skilled and knowledgeable in Federal and State funded projects, financial audits and investigations, data analytics, statistical modeling, and policy research. Using her knowledge as a subject matter expert, she also has extensive working experience in payroll, budgeting, purchasing and procurement, accounting, and finance.

Fadime describes herself as a motivated, driven, detail-oriented, highly organized, and fast learner, with strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving abilities, who can easily adapt to different situations and challenges. She excels in both independent and team environments, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve common goals. As a Grant Manager, she would like to provide dedicated, professional, and high-quality services with her excellent team-building and leadership skills.
