Billy earned his Masters in Computer and Information Science at UA Little Rock and is currently pursuing his PhD. His background from the telecom industry is in research, design and optimization of wireless communication networks.

Throughout his 20-year career in the industry he has researched advanced technologies for wireless networks, led 3G and 4G technology trials for new parameters, and tested advanced network equipment.

Billy also regularly develops and runs complex analytical studies on how network throughput and reliability metrics correlate against competitor networks, other third party test results, and actual customer experience.

He has a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, and an MBA, along with a passion for data science, analytics, and enjoys finding interesting patterns in data.
