A Framework to Evaluate Trustworthiness in Online Video-based Information Environments

The vulnerability of Social Media platforms used as a vehicle of misinformation, presents to the user significant dangers of fraud, identity theft, false narratives and exposure to the increasing threats from online radicalization. Visualizing the evolution of misinformation on video-based online platforms, the research framework focuses upon detecting and revealing indicators of suspicious information behaviors, through the employment of the V-Tracker tool.
